
Moving to Edgewater after living in Manhattan for 7 years (and being around the best gyms) it was tough to find a gym to meet my needs. I found that very quickly at Body Culture. From the moment I stepped in the coaches were welcoming and professional. I tried it out for a week and knew I had to sign up but never felt pushed to join. I’ve been lifting weights for over 16 years, done CrossFit, ran half marathons and took part in many obstacle races, yet I’m still learning new things as a member at Body Culture. I’m excited to push myself to new limits (and keep track of all this via their app) and value the personal attention set forth by the coaches. It’s great to have an extra eye on form and follow excellent programming (which helps when you’re a busy professional and can get stuck in workout ruts). The gym is clean and well maintained. I look forward to many more workouts!
