Before starting with you my fitness wellness lifestyle was non-existent. I was lethargic. I tried to workout once or twice a month. I didn’t even know how to use an elliptical, my friend would make fun of me. I use to party 5 times a week, now it’s more sensible. Once a week, if that. 

I was never fat until college. I was always athletic in high school. I played soccer and I ran track. But I gained 20 pounds in college eating fat sandwiches. Every weekend I would order a fat sandwich with cheese fries, delivered to my dorm. 

After gaining those 20 pounds my confidence was at a serious low. I hated shopping for clothes, nothing fit, especially jeans. At first I was in denial about the weight gain. I would never want to be in a bathing suit especially since friends would see me after a while and tell me I gained weight. 

One big motivating factor was when someone I was seeing dumped me for a fit chick. I know that’s not a good reason to be motivated but it was one of the catalysts. I felt like crap.
